The only ones I'd pick from the Penrith team for NSW are To'o and Martin. Edwards, Cleary and Yeo all need to go.
Edwards is so fucking slow. He couldn't get outside his man all night. Both him and Robson fucked every set play we had in attacking positions.
Exactly the ones I was referring to without naming but even last night Martin did have that dog in him he usually does in origin, he was well below par. Yeo shits me to tears in sky blue as well.
Sometimes people let their "slip"show when their dresses are too short. The argument about Cleary is relevant, when you say the majority of the Penrith team you start to get a feeling of lacking objectivity.

Could of gone the easy route with his centres didn't, dropped DCE and gave the keys to a half back that people are pretty much saying couldn't lick the shoes of Nathan Cleary, brought back an older front rower that has been out of the origin arena for a while, benched his biggest workhorse, Carrighan, through the middle and got maximum out of him, gave Kurt Capewell another run because he knew he would get the job done especially in defence and most importantly gets to change their game plan each game.
With the same old penrith players in key positions it becomes predictable for top players to understand what they are going to do and when they will do it just the same old game plan, hypothetically if no one was injured do you honestly think they wouldn't of still picked all the Penrith boys? Yeah Moses would of been there instead of Luai but who else from the old firm wouldn't of been there. Time and time again they have proved not good enough at this level, even look at last few times NSW have won who have the standouts been? Not any of the Penrith boys bar To'o and Martin. Just like at club land teams need to rebuild so do NSW. Starting with understanding Cleary and Yeo just can't keep up in origin. Katoa and Hudson Young through the middle next year over those 2 for me.
You can't play state of origin injured and be the main playmaker.
Should Katoa have been picked even maybe at 5/8 as cover especially with his kicking game compared to Luai
One of the many reasons why origin is a joke.., for many years with panthers players being picked over players that deserve a spot is pretty unfair

PS That crowd last night broke every record with TV views across every state, no single event in history has rated higher in Australian Sport.
