I heard today, from a close mate, the mate who knows Lomax actually that Lomax is being forced out to incorporate Gareth Hock. We need his money to afford housing, airfares, limo, personal chef and to pay his bail out of jail.
Confirmed Hock is finally arriving at Parramatta 12 years later.

Arnold, There will never be enough gossip and rumours to end all rumours. Human nature and psychology all but guarantee it. And in new media, the global village era, it's on steroids in echo chambers and algorithms.
Added to that is Parramatta as a whole is a media juggernaut. There are many stories that are feel good, Souths 2014, Cronulla 2016, NQ 2015. All these the media wants. But i feel media would prefer us fail as it creates so many stories. Yes it will sell if we win a comp but then there is a lull in media from us.
The slightest story at the moment sells as a negative. We are the biggest market in the comp in terms of media, our fans are the most loyal and there are plenty of us who bite at the fake news.
LB, journos are open about it. Brent Read was on the Bye Round telling James Graham feel-good stories just don't sell. Negatives and drama hooks do. We're not really victims. We get what we want...
Though a club like say Gold Coast have drama inflicted by themselves, no where near the media noise on it as not many care. Parramatta sells more than most clubs, as do the Wests Tigers.
How else do u get clicks in the off season? I feel it seems about the right amount of rumours for this early on.
