If some of you people can check in your hipocracy after last week, it may be you will be able to see your own biases.
Have a read of what Pro Daz said about scapegoats. You called it well Daz and it showed up how people change given circumstances and whinging.
I suggested we would possibly not win another game this year, but it does not stop me from supporting them. Most of our stalwarts were in that position and a week is a long time when you have blue and gold blood.
I would like to say that our middle is much more capable than we have given credit for. We played like a hunting pack and moved up behind Moses kicks in the backline and some of you owe an apology or two to Junior and JDB. Of course MON has been extended for 10 years with options, but everyone now supports that and the ones that said Jason Ryles cannot coach are out in their backyards looking for holes to hide in BUT we all know "they will be back" wagging their tales behind them.....next time!
Moses literally strangled/suffocated them to death, those Dog forwards must have been sick and tired turning around after Moses kicked them to death.
Look nobody expected us to win that, and I didn't bet on the game, but I would not of backed us with gifted money, styles of play that various teams play makes a big difference to our team.....we currently struggle against any team with pace and dogs showed today they are short in that respect.
Regards to Mallee57 who put shit on us all week as part of his coming on to this site, knocking everything he could about the coach and admin staff......a week in a Rugby League comp is showing up like a week in politics........ back to the Kennell for you Mallee and a special call out to Sir Col The Mushroom (up in the sky) who was a great character and had some wonderful relationships with the Dog's supporters.
Some one said Parramatta is a boring side, not bloody likely, we are rocks and diamonds but never its ever a boring experience supporting Parramatta.

HOE!
Surprised as in, via the eye test, I thought we'd won the metres battle watching live.
You nailed those points perfectly, HOE - great preview. A lot of chat around the Dogs being off their game, and maybe true to a degree, but they were also forced to play outside their comfort zone - they don't seem to react well to in-your face defence you mentioned in point 2?
Was also thinking during the game, you were also bang-on with the zones-discussion previously. With the ruck being refereed properly, it forced a team to win the game, not just survive ridiculous amounts of possession / defence.
Very smart win indeed, and considering the troops down / youth & inexperience on the field, ultra-impressive coaching for Ryles to ensure that focus & intent.
It's amazing what a week of league can do. Great effort, contact and heart. Things mostly went our way today. I was pissed at last week now I'm even more so considering what we are capable of.
But well said about turning up for them. I said last week I was pissed and embarrassed but would still turn up to Dogs game as that's who I am. I did and got rewarded for it as it was great game to go to. It's been a long wait but when that title finally comes the wait makes it even better.
I will say shout out to Pryke, bloke would tackle a steam train.
Respect for turning up and supporting them.
It's something i love doing. Dad and i used to go all the time and feel like he is there with me despite the result so added motivation to going.
My Dad passed away in 2010 and before that I would ring him every Monday morning, pretending to be Ray Price or Arthur Beetson discussing the game.....we were all in Qld since 1980 so we didn't get to watch many game unless we flew down to Sydney for a GF. We did see a lot of our team in 1960's to 80's just the same.
That's 46 years in Qld and still bleed "blue and gold".
I used to ring my dad at HT to games he didn't go to, to talk about the half. The first game i went to without i actually called him forgetting what happened.
But it is Parramatta that keeps memories alive. That is a nice little thing to mention Poppa.
I know what you mean gents. My dad passed away just before the start of the season. We would watch a lot of games together and often call each other at half time. I am still catching myself at half time sometimes picking up the phone to call him. Just a pity he was a Panthers fun.......
Nice memories fellows, helps keeping them fresh, when talking about them this way as LB said. Mannah your Dad passing not very long ago would make it very difficult, you have my empathy with your thoughts.
My middle son 49 years old is the most avid of my boys, the oldest one is not religious about it and my youngest 44 is a Bronco (He was born here, so its a valid excuse).
Anyway rang my No 2 son yesterday and rubbished our chances, I am sure it helped greatly. When ever you are that sure of things, its always good to question yourself.
Williams needs to now stay in the back row and have Moretti, Sam Tuivaiti, Pryke and Paulo as the rotational props,
Nanva had a great game, not sure how to fit him in now that Russell will.be back
Kelma cannot br in the team from now. I think thats it for him at Parramatta
Tean vs Manly

We need another Hooker, not sure if Da Silva can get full 80. Maybe he will be fine but not ideal incase Da Silva goes off at any point. At least with Joash you could get by for 10-15mins at Hooker, but already at Fullback.
