THE ULTIMATE JINX BLOG

This blog is to see if I can jinx the eels to win , I personally don't care much about footy or the eels these days but I know many of you have your hearts and souls into the club you all deserve some joy football wise as no group of fans have suffered like eels fans over the years .

I'm basing my predictions on what i have seen from the eels in past couple years.

1. Parra can only win tonight if they have at least 60% of the  possession and has the bulk of penalties .

2. Parramatta's goal line defence will buckle easily as it has a proud history of doing so against the top sides .

3. Parramatta's tries will come for kkcks .

4. Mitchell Moses will go missing like he always does against top sides , unless Parra is running down hill with everything going their way Moses does nothing and buckles under pressure against top opposition as he has shown time and time again.

5. Gutherson just like Moses has a embarrassing record when he is up against top opposition but he also goes one step further as he  actually makes a fool of himself when the pressure is on makes a lot of unforced errors .

Since Monday i have been on one massive streak of being wrong , everything horse I have backed has lost , every decision I've made has been wrong so my lets see if th streak of being wrong continues .

  • Frankie I’m the only witch here !!!!

  • LOL Frankie. It is the only time I wish you are on a hiding to nothing in your predictions. Or will I have to eat my hat again.

  • LOL, Frankie. Better luck next week, mate. Carlo, you're the queen of this site.

Last year, in 3 out of 4 games we conceded more missed tackles (even with 60% possession and winning scorelines), so I'll be keeping tabs on that to see if we've really improved, regardless of the scoreline.

We need to win the middle and defend well.

If we don't:  we can lose badly, and the bad habits of the past return; especially, if Manly are on.

If we do: we need to play more direct (we started to do that against the Broncos) to win well. Less sideways crab-like motion. The Roosters showed: if you attack direct and straight, with lots of bodies in motion, before going wide, the rewards will eventually come, even more so with the new rules (what a force to be reckoned with, they are).

    Fascinating match.

    • Why was will in the change room ?? He’s not named ??

      • Carlo, that went way over my head, lol ...

You know, women actually do develop their brains quicker than men, neuroscientifically, generally.

        • Will Smith was in the changeroom !!!! Lol

          • The Fresh Prince. OMG. No! lol

            • Yes

              yes he was !!!!!!!!

              • No way!!! I just died, lol

  • The jinx is working well thanks fongy
