They're currently losing 6 - 18 to the Cowboys & it's a Dragons home game - half an hour to go. Thurston's out, but Cowboys are still getting the job done. Looks like the Dragons have peaked early, simply through strong defence. Perhaps big George Rose can win the game for them? Or their star fullback (former Eel) Justin Hunt?
Here's their remaining games and my realistic predictions. The home team is listed first.
Round 18: Sharks Vs Dragons (Lose)
Round 19: Dragons Vs Souths (Lose)
Round 20: Storm Vs Dragons (Lose)
Round 21: Dragons Vs Knights (Win)
Round 22: Warriors Vs Dragons (Lose)
Round 23: Broncos Vs Dragons (Lose)
Round 24: Dragons Vs Panthers (Lose)
Round 25: Titans Vs Dragons (Win)
Round 26: Dragons Vs Tigers (Win)
Those extra 3 wins will have the Dragons on 26 points - and out of the finals.
I challenge you to give me a solid argument as to why they'll make the finals, let alone the top 4. Are Dragons any better than a team like the Eels? No. Did they have an easy draw to start the season? Yes.

Haha... I'm being starved of League action, waiting for our Monday night game! I'm watching the Dragons game and thinking about teams which could drop off at the 'business end' of the season. Dragons seemed to have lost their mojo and have a difficult draw in front of them.
There's also the Eels connection in Justin Hunt. I was wondering if he would ever play 1st grade again... which team could be desperate enough?
Full time: Dragons lose 18 - 12 to the Cowboys. That's 4 straight losses for them.
We got smashed by the Warriors 48 - 0. Hayne was being rested, with Hunt playing fullback. It's the game where Sam Tomkins pushed in the scrum, winning it against the feed. They then scored a try off it.
