What a pleasure of a game tonight, we came out and really stepped up. The comradiere and composure shown by our players was tremendous, they stood up and showed enormous intensity at times. The team work was classy at worst and exceptional at best. The technical ability of so many was better then our expectations, with creativity and passes from set pieces simply dangerous. The host of points scored by us just broke the oppositions heart. The forward running was exceptional and really created space through the middle. They showed intent through the middle and playing through the line allowed the players to move around show casing their skills. It was special to see and they really turned it on in front of a huge crowd. Well done Matilda's a 4-0 win over Iran.As for the Eels, I'm speechless, perhaps they need some more women in their team. That was disgusting and the fans deserve an apology, for what they dished up tonight.

Totally agree. I am so pissed off atm. Gutted by that effort.
