Yes they might have sacked Sarantinos (or he might have quit) and if so then yes they blame him for the club's form. But that doesn't mean the board thinks Sarantinos failed by not sacking the REAL PROBLEM (according to you). The board might just have decided they need someone better at running a football club, and MON and the rest of the front office didn't get enough support from the CEO.
