Bluey, bravo. I hadn't seen that one previously.
So many points there ring true, and there is a lot of evidence to back it up.
As fans, we know it's difficult, it's ultra competitive, it's risky, there are so many variables to consider & some are outside a clubs control = managing a roster at this level is likely very challanging.
It has felt though, for a long time, that we are making something already difficult much harder on ourselves.
2026, like 2024, can be a year we decide enough is enough & make changes that can benefit us long-term.
