Ryles is using him as abattering ram against the smaller halfs which appears to be very effective. However, as mentioned here, his issue is his defence. If that can be improved and his physical conditioning and lazyness in the ruck gets better, then maybe a yearly contract is ok until our young props are fully ready to take over.
Lazy in the ruck and poor defender overall. However, there is a top 30 to fill and there will be 18 teams next year and 19 the year after. That's a lot players and let's face it, they cant all be absolute superstars. So if we can get him at the right price we probably should. But again, poor defender and lazy in the ruck.
Kelma, contracted to end of 2026? If we imagine Su'A is going to be starting right edge backrow, Tuilagi and Williams would be ranked 2 & 3 in line after Su'A? And Williams can play middle. So isn't the question really one of what is thought of as Kelma as first backup? A fairly handy backup, especially if he could add to his repertoire the ability to play in the middle?
"Bamblett is a beautiful runner of the football at fullback. Glides across the ground. He has a major obstacle for the next 5 years in Longi . He is more than capable of playing 6 and has game awareness and eyes up footy ability. Very talented boy. "
"Thank badger, hope ya well mate. I met you a few times over the years. You use to know my sister jasmine. She use to work at one of the pubs at Newtown if you remember "

Yeah he's running over half's every week atm. Him and Kautoga have been damaging
May as well keep him.
If we release him, we will probably end up with someone worse.
Better the devil you know.
Hahahaha. Cynical but fair.
No to keeping Kelma - has no idea how to defend
