                    • We used to call them 'suicides' when I was playing.

                  • In my day it was called the beep test or another run we used to do was called Henny Mullers for oxygen sapping lung busting exercise.

Yo-yo's is another run very similar to the bronco.

AB bronco record is 4.12 held by Beauden Barrett & Cam Roigard.

Blair Mills ie Hurricanes S & C coach fastest Bronco during there pre season this year was 4.20.

      • Hey hoe hope you're enjoying the off  season. Not sure, I have just been watching the ct podcasts.  They're been giving good updates in the off season. Fletcher they compared to Moses type player real athlete.  Beat ryley in the bronco run. They were neck and neck. Ryley beat Gutho s record last year. It was slower than ryleys time last year. Apparently Lorenzo lacks communication skills. Where as Fletch is a more confident kid. Pezet is in a similar mould. Pezet has worked in seamlessly. They said don't cancel out papali. Who has also been pushing pezet. They also said the skills training has gone up another level on last year. Ryles is implementing phase 2 of his system. Other names that have impressed are doorey, Moretti, Brown, tuivaiti and jdb for his leadership and professionalism. Hope this helps.

        • It really doesn't Darren.

The problem with the TCT pre-season gee-ups is that they write from a PR template. Same shit every year... only the names change. Best Preseason Ever, The Boys are Super Fit!!!

TCT don't need the special glasses...they have Rose-Coloured Eyeballs

According to these clubby hacks, the Arthur boys should both be world-class players who broke our hearts when they left. Ooops

        • Thanks, Darren. Appreciate it. Encouraging.

Interesting Fletcher beat Smith in the Bronco, yet the time was still slower than Smith’s 2025 run. Hopefully the rookies and juniors kick on. Not sure on Lorenzo, but Pap is up to firsts. Could Fletcher cover six for a bit?

We seem on the right path. If we get boringly consistent with our systems, and make the finals, I’d call it a successful season. Tough start though. Will we struggle early or carry on from last year?

    • Odds on for Sualli...?

Has he whispered something to you

      • He gave me a call Marty and mumbled something about reading the TCT preseason blog and that now he cannot wait... that he just has to join this vibrant, fit, superbly coached club-on-the-up where all the fit, young superstars of tomorrow play and he wants to do it right now.....but he also wants Greenland, so fuck him

    • Definitely bigger than Sam31059687897?profile=RESIZE_930x

      • Who's this?

        • Teacum Brown
