at this rate we will be the most unsuccessful sporting francise in global history reaching 50 years without a premiership.. At that stage a lot of us 80s fans will be dead lol

I draw many simliarities between the West Indies Cricket Team and the Parramatta Eels Rugby League Football club. Through a 20 year period had unmatchable success and a list of hall of famers and Immortals in the 70s and 80s (Parra more late 70s)....but due to lack of forsight, a reliance on we will always have local talent that good coming through and pure incompetence we are at we we are now living on past glories.
and might I add P G , when the Australian economy is healthy and doing well , so are the parramatta eels also doing well .
