Remember when we were told Kaizen was not a catchphrase.

It seems to have disappeared from our team lexicon....Anyone know where it went??? Have folks seen any "incremental Improvements" roaming about in the wild or do fans think was just hopeful sloganeering...It doesn't seem to me that we can even incrementally improve our error rate or goal-kicking. options....

I wonder, what the japanese term is for "treading water but still sinking" .

We have gone from Kaizen to "superstar youngsters will save us".
