Did anyone else notice in the post-game press conference that whenever the journos brought up Pezet, both Ryles and Moses seemed pretty reluctant to lean into the praise?
Their body language was interesting. The vibe was basically, “he’s still a work in progress.” Almost like they weren’t totally thrilled with a few things he did.
Either that, or they were deliberately downplaying it so his head doesn’t get too big and to keep him grounded. Which, to be fair, I don’t mind.

and fair enough Anasta and others have all said the same things he's a work in progress. He still gets run over too easy and makes silly mistakes.
I was ready to cut his foot off with a couple of those kicks. Luckilly the bounce went our way, but with a minute to go and having the Bronco's pinned on their line, the potential for given them any sort of field position with one set to play was just dumb.
No wonder he wasn't heaped with praise.
True Phil. Luck was on his side twice but it is not always going to be either. Hope he doesn't go about it as it was always happen for him.
