        • I do actually think it's a must win. Not in the context of the ladder etc

We have started to make a statement to the comp and now with a "depleted" "heavily depleted" "decimated" Roosters, (or choose your own different excuse) is not the time to stop going on with the show.

We are contenders and we are not going to let you forget it!

      • This rorters team would beat almost any team if they are 'on'

  • The roosters would almost be back under the salary cap now with Thier injuries.

    • LOLLL good point

    • You're not wrong. Look at the team they've picked for this week. It's still a very strong side with representative players all over the park. This is actually what a cap compliant Roosters side finally looks like.

    • Now that will be interesting contest to see, would love to see Sivo trying to follow Teddies side steps, and jink running.

      • I think we should hope for the collision Col as I cannot see Sivo keeping up any other way LOL

  • Nathan brown must be a tough bastard, I thought he would be out for a few weeks.

we should beat the roosters, I would be getting I Papali to smash Sam walker all night!

    • I said before, as much as every game is a must win game for us to continue the statement we have started making we are not in the - we must play injured players desperation stakes yet.

      Any doubt, leave Nathan out.

We are going to lose a few games over the season - it will be HOW we lose that will matter.

      • Yeah I agree, if Nathan is not 100% then there's no point. I think BA needs to rest a few players down the track, considering the game is a lot faster now, get them ready for the finals.

"I wonder if we could find a way to utilise JACs speed in the middle somewhere. Not full time just a bit of licence to roam and sit on Volk or Mitch's hip.
I think you're being a little tough on CG. There's a player there. You also have to remember…"

"I think with the introduction of the new rules, dominating possession is a must, and that means less risky offloads and more power runs. Jason Taumoulolo is a good example his best year
Bigger more powerful forwards like Mataele who just runs it…"

"Penrith don't really score long range tries but they are the absolute best at scoring off the play after a line break or 2 plays after. Volk has impressed me since coming in. Got some issues in defence but what young half coming into 1st grade…"
