Shouldn't be too hard to figure out who, if the charge carries an 11 year prison term then the nrl needs to stand them down.

Wonder how the NRL will handle this? NRL should stand him down pending court case etc. However, QLD law is that the alleged rapist cannot be named until the court case is held.
If NRL stands down X then does that contravene QLD law?
Perhaps, one of our lawyers can answer that one.
If he's charged, he won't be able to play under the nrls stand down rules. Doesn't mean they have to name him.
