But we are building for the future he's not part of it so how's that the badge first mentality this is the mantra that's being sold badge first.
Hes not Parra first because if so his future would be with us and it clearly never was.We are just the stepping stone for something better and we are helping his development in a singular sense. We gain nothing.

Parra First doesn't mean Parra Stupid. Ryles believes Pezet helps. Since when is a bridge or halves depth dumb? If we don't want to help player development for others, don't sign anyone, don't have juniors. Because plenty will end up elsewhere.

At some point Coryn you are going to have to move on from the Dylan Brown situation. I'm not sure why you keep referencing it. You seem to ignore the fact that Dylan could have chosen to stay with us, but he chose to leave (same with Zac).

How exactly does he help us going foward exactly?
All this tells me since they knee capped themselves with the DB deal and the options opening the door they had no plan b behind this is the issue.
You can arse lick this front office all you like I'm not. There no where near top of the class and neither is our coach all though the start looks promising. This move doesn't help us long term it's a gap filler that's all it is.So regardless of what the coach is saying it's back to the drawing board next year.
So save the stupid shit for someone else if you want to drag there that's on you.
I'm not fussed either way but if doesn't come back we need to sign another experienced outside back, we have zero depth with proven first grade experience.

They just signed a guy whose doing exactly the samething using us as a stepping stone for something better. They know about that deal all along. There's not that different with Lomax it cost him a chunk of cash to get out early he's paid that.
What I'm not liking is we don't have any sought of long term replacement of the talent that's going out the door that's the concern I've been echoing and with the club in a rebuild phase we aren't strong enough talent wise to lose players of the caliber of Brown or Lomax that's the concern.
Me I put all the BS narratives aside and look at what we have and just put it in simple terms ok Browns gone are we a better side with Lomax in it or without him if the answer is the first get a deal done and let's get on with the rebuild.
"poppa we all want a better side but you can not rely on those who drop you as quick as Lomax, he is a winger which can be replace, no one is not replaceable, good players come and go and younger 1's take their place and become the good players. All…"
