  • He had some good moments and definitely his best half with us. , still a lot to work on like his kicking (how many more Manlys kicks found turf compared to us) and defense read/communication.
insaying that he's a fringe first grade player and he plays at the standard of a fringe first grade player so think it's unfair to expect too much from him.

  • I dont think so he is a waste of SPACE....

Add least he came 1st in missed tackes for the club last night........

  • Still trying to work out how a professional NRL club, has a 19 year old as their first back up half. Even if he was a superstar in the making, you'd think there would be another back up half who had experience and you could rely on to do a job.

    • There should be but Wells recruitment are crap..The bench was woeful

  • Nonsense. It's not quiet. Yes, Jake played ok wouldn't say spectacular. His first half was terrible but 2nd half was better. In saying that Manly were ordinary. Next week against South's hopefully if Jake plays he will go well

  • Hands up for having zero confidence in JA last night. Playing a top 3 halfback in game, Australian, QLD rep player.  The kid did what he was needed to doi.  His kicking game needs work and i think he can make greater impact by either passing as soon as he gets it or trying to poke into the line and use his evasive skills that he possesses.  Would have been a massive confidence booster for him winning and leading his team against a legimately strong NRL team.

Souths  ( bogey team ) presents a another challange because they have great shape with the ball and Mitchell is starting to create havoc.

Always rapt with a win by the boys.    Must win game and we did it. Well done.,
