I've had history with that kid," Stuart said. "I know that kid very well. He was a weak gutted dog as a kid and he hasn't changed now. He's a weak gutted dog person now."
Starling was tackling Penrith's Jaeman Salmon when the Panther was seen to kick up with his boot right between the Raiders hooker's legs, landing Salmon on report and gifting Canberra a penalty.
"He's got the double whammy. One in the lunchbox and one on the chin," Fox Sports commentator and former NRL player Michael Ennis said of the incident.

Can't agree more. Those words reflect very poorly on Ricky. For anyone in a postion of his in the game to publicly insult an inexperienced player on national media the way he did by doubling down the character attack by citing previous history is disgraceful and says more about Ricky's character (lack of) than Salmons. He is the worst sort of loser there is, a Narcissistic one where everyone/anything else is the cause of the loss but himself or his team. I hope he gets stood down for the rest of the season and is handed a massive fine.
I'm sure the Ricky Suart Foundation board of directors will be impressed....
Lollll
Surely Kent can't defend this one? Salmon is a clean skin, not even remotely a bad person so there's no dirt to dig up there. I predict Kent will just ignore it.
Not sure he's a clean skin, didn't he get into a fair bit of strife for drink driving?
He did roll his car after hitting about 15 parked cars whilst driving pissed once. But that's not really Ricky's business.
Maybe Stuart was referring to something that happened between them when he was in Cronulla.
Wasn't Ricky involved in a fatal accident?
Rumour is back in the Cronulla days Salmon bullied Rickys son. Like I said that's the rumour going round.
He did have a DUI and he flipped his car onto 3 other cars when he was with the Sharks.
Still ....
