Potential Squad 2022

Potential Signings 2022

  • Mitch Rein- Decent backup
  • Jackson Ferris- Touted as a prospect centre for Cronulla. Noticed that he was off contract could be a great signing for us considering the lack of backs in our squad.
  • Christian Crichton- Could be a good backup for us. Still remember his intercept against Melbourne, has potential.
  • Micheal Chee-Kam- Noticed no one has picked Chee-Kam up as of yet. Could be a great signing for us if BA can get him to play to his potential. Can cover the centres also.

Retained:

  • Will Smith
  • Nathaniel Roache
  • Ray Stone

        • According to the Super League commentary, Roby was going around again.

      • In fairness st Helens probably offered him a much better deal

    • I'm not so sure Chief. We have a tight group and I think he wants to compete for a premiership.. his dad is also a massive Parra man.

I think you'll find the Dolphins will push hard for Munster and Brandon Smith....my hope anyway.

  • Looking at those development players, they basically replace Dunster and Penisini who have now come into the top team. That's a great place to be, and means that we won't need to scout around for back-up players for them (assuming these guys will be ready to step in as needed next year). Sean Russel has already played a couple of games.

The best teams have a mix of experience and youth and I feel that Parra are almost there. Probably need to get our most experienced players a bit more rep footy.

    • Didn't he look good against the Panthers. Can play 5/8, centre and fullback. Why did we re sign Will "charge down at the most inappropriate time" Smith....

  • I see big Norm Provan has died. Great dragon and parra coach in 75 that really changed  our direction and instilled winning in our makeup.

"I did modern day as 1998 onwards as I didn't see them play, as some here haven't. Where I believe majority of people here have seen all the modern day players play.
Plus it frees up some spots like we all know who 5/8 will be but now no idea."
