I am going to get a bit philosophical here and say that the coaching staff are only inexperienced in the sense of a new and different environment. I see that as professionals' that adjustment is a non event.
The area's of leadership are more than handled by Moses and Lomax on the field. Some maybe surprised I mentioned Lomax but everything he does "oozes"leadership. I most certaintly take back my critique of him 2 years ago when he was dropped to Reserve Grade and I had a zero rating of him when it was talked about him coming to Parra.
Off the field Ryles has never been anything but ""in charge"" I would say that more actual identification of past faults and attitude is much higher than it has been for any time in the past 5 years.
Some commentary has been made about getting (them..meaning coaching staff) used to new tactics in "red zones"and "defence"" etc. They are teaching us, not the other way around!
I think we have a new advantage that far outweigh''s that..... Parramatta to me has been the most predictable team anyone can play in an upcoming match. I can count on one hand the number of times BA was reported to devise tactic's that won the game for Parra.
The reality is no one knows'what they will get (directed at the opposition) when they play the "NEW" Parra.
With the exception of the Brown quandry we have had a very good introduction to a new look team, lets not worry about the "coaching staff" just the ability of our players to do their part.
Personally I do not have any doubts that the coaching staff is nothing but a huge positive....
Finally I would add that this first game against Melb is paramount in that the one coach who will potentially know what Ryles will do, is up against us. Tactilly and selection wise that will be crucial. Negating Melb halves will be the total focus in my opinion, Hughes and Munster (if he plays) if they can be negated, we will do them!
Final point, the Brown discussion seems to have abated somewhat, I was talking to a friend of mine who has professional contacts and he summises that Brown's contract with his management could be such that he is not allowed to "comment". Regardless of this all the training reports indicates a total commitment from Brown and the environment i.e. the Lennox Head Camp.

Good to see you are thinking deeply Micky.
Mum and Dad would be proud and I understand you will be at the fan day on saturday.
A number of people are looking forward to meeting you, tell me again what you will be wearing?...... Ah! that's right "a clown's suit" lets hope you are the only clown there LOL
What you call deep I call dribble..
Word is that your coming to Sydney to sell some banged up play stations and commodore 64 consoles.. Pity the club said NO to you setting up a stand at the fan day you moron...
Bigly Discounts apply to single mums who can stimulate his sclerotic pickle
There worth a fortune now Micky, too bad I have retired!
Pops, its nice to have something else to talk about during this off season, so im going to jump in and throw some of my thoughts at ya.
I think our team will now have a number of players that will show leadership qualities on the field. Like you say, I see Moses as Captain, I see Lomax leading by example, but I also see Dylan Brown, whom I critisize as much as anyone really driving defensive attitudes and leading by example in this area. I see Hopgood doing the same and I also see the Fox standing tall in this area. As for our other forwards, leadership qualities worry me within the pack.
I could not see any universe that dictates in a contract with a Football Manager, that you are not allowed to comment, I still stand by the fact that Dylan, if he wants to keep his fan base, should of spoken up to some degree. Either stand by the way Management have conducted business in your name, or fix it. Dylan has taken the head in the sand approach to earn more $. Thats a little hard to respect. I get it, but I dont respect it. He can of course fix it all, by resigning with the Eels on an appropriate contract and winning us games.
If we are 8 from 11 in our start to the comp and we know Dylans future at that point all may well just be forgiven by the fans. Dont you just love the footy.
On Ryles, I would love to hear him talk a little more in the media, but that could just be me wanting to hear more about my team and the directions he is taking us from the coachs mouth. Im thinking of heading down to Parra stadium this Saturday for the fan day. Apparently Ryles will be giving an account of the team on open Mike. This would be interesting.
Can't argue with any of that Bluey, 8 out of 11 start is a bit less than i hoped for. But I suppose that will put us on the way to the minor premiership.
"Allowed to comment publicly" was my understanding..... but just the same, some initiative would not be out of the question! Dyllan has got a lot of "licking" to do get out of this one. Poor old Guth is still suffering and lets hope Moses has picked up the "sniff" of an "ill wind' when it blows.
I am looking forward to your report from the fan day and if you want to get a bit of manipulation going of the guilt variety, tell him (Dyllan) that your 9 year old didn't want to come because he thinks zzzzzzzzDyllan is leaving.
Alternatively tell him his fan base is prepared to put in for a hooker if he is running short of a "quid".
BE, Poppa is correct in regards to Brown not addressing his contract situation. For eg, unless the player has agreed to terms with his club, or agreed with another club, players never reveal their intentions until the contract is signed or agreed to. Players and managers do have contracts, they also have clauses in these contracts basically saying, whilst I'm negotiating, keep your mouth shut. This is no different to, say for instance, Haynes rape case. You have a lawyer for Hayne, a manager for Brown. Hayne is mobbed by a media circus outside the courts, his response to them, under instructions from his lawyer is, no comment. As for Brown, when asked about his contract negotiations, or any player for that matter, his response will ALWAYS be, it's in the hands of my manager. People have to learn to be patient.
The coaching staff are literally the definition of inexperienced when it comes to first grade NRL coaching.
This doesn't mean they will not succeed, but there should be reservations until team performance shows that those are unfounded.
