Some fans want major changes and sackings at the club. Some want minor changes.
Others think the club needs stability and patience.
And some, like me, are strongly against calls to sack people like Jim Sarantinos and want to leave club decisions to the club.
So we’re thinking about hosting a civilised fan debate on the podcast, featuring voices from both sides.
We’re looking for volunteers (say up to 3) willing to respectfully back their opinions on change and discuss the direction of the club.
Be bold. Be courageous. And we can keep it respectful.
I’m a complete podcast novice myself, so don’t worry about being polished or experienced. I'm pretty poor at it. This isn’t professional media, it’s just fans having their say on social media.
This is your opportunity for the club to hear your voice. Literally. Who's up for it?

I will volunteer HOE hahaha
This is a great idea HOE! There are some really strong and interesting voices on this site and it'd be cool to hear them debate it out in real time.
Cap will you come on to be the judge? Haha.
Debate moderator - takes me back to high school days.
I'll declare the winner, and then the club has to take that winners advice as legally binding orders.
Cap, you'd be great representative to argue in favour of changes. Hopefully, we can get at least two. Two heads are better than one. Maybe you and LB?
I'm staying out of declaring winners. There could be outrage over moderator bias if we don't lose lol.
We can preserve people's privacy even give them an alias or whatever works for people.
Love this idea, HOE.
If there is even a 1% chance the club listen to this, I'd definitely put my hand up for it.
More than happy to be debated on any point I've made, or many others have made, in regards to recruitment.
Great idea Hoe! That's a winning concept. Nos and Capt have expressed the position for considered change in recruitment strategies, and the call for an inquiry into what is going wrong has been supported by both. They would both do the cause a great service in a debate forum. Coryn has some great views as well. I'd enjoy listening to them, and presenting the reasons for certain things to improve.
The idea is great but I'll save my breath on this one I think as mentioned the premise is as mentioned but will the powers that be listen I doubt it.There's plenty on here with strong views who'll represent 1 EE with plenty of vigour. The win here is not a persons views it's if the club actually take any of the points brought up onboard or will it just be a case of window dressing.
