Some fans want major changes and sackings at the club. Some want minor changes.
Others think the club needs stability and patience.
And some, like me, are strongly against calls to sack people like Jim Sarantinos and want to leave club decisions to the club.
So we’re thinking about hosting a civilised fan debate on the podcast, featuring voices from both sides.
We’re looking for volunteers (say up to 3) willing to respectfully back their opinions on change and discuss the direction of the club.
Be bold. Be courageous. And we can keep it respectful.
I’m a complete podcast novice myself, so don’t worry about being polished or experienced. I'm pretty poor at it. This isn’t professional media, it’s just fans having their say on social media.
This is your opportunity for the club to hear your voice. Literally. Who's up for it?

I will volunteer HOE hahaha
This is a great idea HOE! There are some really strong and interesting voices on this site and it'd be cool to hear them debate it out in real time.
So Hoe, you are in favour of not dealing with the recruitment issues and the failures around it leading to the lowly roster we have right now.
Isn't O'neill the common denominator? Nearly 9 years in the position, he must be held accountable for the roster.
You can't keep blaming and sacking head coaches saying they are responsible for everything. Thats a total load of bs. O'neill is in charge of salary cap management, pathways, dealing with recruitment and overseeing the recruitment and retention team.
I can't see how people keep on making excuses for this major problem.
Now Sarantinos oversees everything. O'neill answers to Sarantinos. The pressure is on Sarantinos not o'neill. I don't see this club getting out of the bottom 4 for the next 5 years. Not with this set up.
