Munster and Moses together would actually be a bad club strategy. They both cost a fortune and they're both in their 30's (injuries will happen more often, and they're nearing the twilight of their careers).
Pezet would have been a great fit for a lot of reasons. Could play alongside Moses and learn from him so he could take over when Moses retires / is injured.
Is Pezet really that much better then Hawkins at this stage of his career?
I understand the arguement that it gives our Jnrs an extra year to develop but I really hate the fact we are developing the next Broncos next half back alongside Moses.
What in the contractual multi universe is this shit?
No more players options in our contracts, just join other club options?
We have the depth to cover us for the next year surely, instead of giving an understudy with not much indication of how he will turn out as a full time NRL half a contract for 12 months.
I am definitely getting some OAP t-shirts done, ONLY AT PARRAMATTA!
Might tell the Mrs she's on a 12 month contract next year then I am getting in a Filipina / Hawaiian hybrid?

I find this reporting really interesting. There are multiple articles, but each one of them seem to reference the original code sports article, but nothing further by way of confirmation (or denial). All the blow up is based on one article with zero quotes or real attribution being assumed to be gospel.
Don't like it! Stick with Joash Papali who was starting to look at home in number 6 and working well with Moses. Don't see the point of having Pezet for 1 season, doesn't make sense to me.
"JAC and Penisini extended.
From the rest of the list it depends on how they develop but i'd extend Russell & Guymer and give Walker and Paulo reduced 1-year contracts
I'd keep Papalii if he's keen to be a backup fullback"
"Sick of this shit, we were a joke over nepotism from our previous coach. Now we have a coach that does favours for his mates.
I love what ryles has done this year, but this signing stinks. I pray and hope that we have signed a luke metcalf or…"
"Pop, we are making assumptions that Pezet is no prodigy whereas Grant is. The Tigers did not know that at the time and we have no idea what Pezet will bring.
Let's not forget about the last Storm halfback that was held back by better players ahead…"
