Renz, Lincoln, Twidle, even Risati now have 18-24 months to put themselves in the position to take the jersey.
My hunch is Twidle will kick on.
My problem is that we are stacking up our 1/6/7 in nsw cup so much that there is no room for them and thus blocking the path of others. Not sure why we resigned Volkman.
I really don't thinks it's an issue EA, good coaches building healthy systems and cultivating team first culture won't see kids leave too quickly.
I have a feeling Volkman and Hawkins will both be free to move on now.
Lorenzo, Twidle, Joash, Risati, Lincoln.. mate you know better than I do the talent there is immense.
Lorenzo and Joash could easily end up playing regular first grade in the 14# by the end of the year. Joash is straight in at Fullback is Iongi needs covering.
Twidle and Risati can play anywhere in the back 5 in NSW cup, that depends if Union doesn't pry Risati away. Lincoln is the only vulnerable player but is also not banging down the door for NSW cup just yet if I'm not mistaken?
I think Eels supporters default mode is panic and disaster, this is essentially a loan with an NRL calibre starter, can play the same as Mitch, will help our team improve and restore some pride in the badge.
Maybe Ryles is doing Anasta a favour.

Gee I hope this isn't true. Sounds like a stop over to the destination. I thought our club may have had more sense. I'll be very interested to hear the rationale from the recruitment experts at the club for this one. Also, how does this fit with the rhetoric we've been hearing during last season around building a new culture at the club. Seems strange to me.
