If 2027 is for Lorenzo, then use Papalii at 6 next year. My point is that Pezet for 1 year is not a good option unless we had a chance of winning the comp (hint hint we not there yet)
Surely the club is not considering this. Terrible move. The Broncos are our competition, this deal only favours them. We need to be patient and not consider a feckless move like this. Tell him to stick the Broncos up his arse

I do get all the negative aspects of the deal fellas, but as a club need to push forward and focus on 2026. Pezet can help us compete and that's the main focus. Lorenzo and Joash can continue growing in the background and club can keep its eyes on market. We aren't in a horrible spot with this move as strange as it is
Perhaps he said he'll give us a 50% discount if we help him turn into a gun for the Broncos and MON said "I love a bargain; DEAL!"
