Pezet most likely staying at the Storm

Michael Chammas mentioned this morning that Papenhuyzen has played his last game for the Storm and that they want to play Pezet at 5/8, shifting Munster to fullback.

I don't see Pezet leaving if there is a 5/8 spot open at the Storm, opposed to the Eels

Talataina it is then

      • I am so fascinated what they do there. Do they go in house, legend or start a fresh.

Slater being mentioned, as has been Smith. I don't think they take it. Bretnall, Lowrie, Hinchcliffe are the assistants, neither held a HC post before in NRL, only Bretnall in holden cup.

I reckon Willie Peters will get a look in.

  • Also Sua almost as talented as Pezet if not more. This would be so fucking silly. They'll lose Munster (2027), then Sua, so I can't see them doing this at all.

    • Yeah i wouldn't move Munster from his best position to accommodate Pezet. Can just move Fa'alogo in for Papenhuyzen.

  • Thos won't be happening.  No way they'll move Munster

  • How in any discussion is Fa'alogo in the same class discussion as Munster.

I mean seriously Munster's done everything in the game Sua while recency bias tells you he has talent he isn't in the same area code as Munster position regardless.

    • Sooooooo you would have Munster at Fullback before Fa'alogo?

Nobody is saying Fa'alogo is better than Munster overall, just he is better suited to playing Fullback long term.

      • I'd have Munster in my team before Fa'alongo position regardless so yes.

        • Position regardless, if you read you will see I said Munster over Fa'alogo. But at 1 you would rather Munster? Why move Munster anyway? He is quite possibly the best 6 in the world.

          • Munsters a better player full stop position regardless I'd take him over Fa'alongo today tomorrow next week next month at any position.

            • Fair enough. But you say position regardless, I don't think anyone would argue against Munster being better than Fa'alogo overall Coryn.
