  • Unless he gives up rep football,  Parramatta will continue to pay 1.5 million to a player that plays half a season,  its that simple.

Right now I wouldn't say no to release him if it means we're getting Deardon.  I wouldn't blink at the idea

  • One minute Moses is on 1.2m, next it's 1.3m and today we heard 1.4m on the "swap" discussion.....now Peter Badel says he is on 1.5m and over rated......I won't argue with his opinions because they are subjective and personel. The discussion is not comparative.

What I do question is Peter Badel living in a glass house in peddling "propaganda" constantly about the Bronco's. He may as well be on the Bronco's PR team and working for them as he knows nothing about objective journalism and is so biased that nobody takes him seriously.

Finally let me say that he is espousing the "whiz kid" Jonah Petit as some sort of half back miracle worker for the Bronco's.

Let me say that in comparison to Moses being overated,. Petit is so overated its like saying saying Morgan Harper could beat Herbie Farnsworth in a foot race and Broncs will not  miss Payne Haas with his move to South Sydney.

    • Poppa, players values are often spoken of subjectively as  we've both found ;) ...actually a pet hate of mine. Next minute  here, Dylan will be on 1.6M ha!

Perhaps this dude is gunning for walker to land at broncs and appears he is talking up the comparison value of the new signing who even has a ring :))

he talks Pezet up is a surprise ha ok

...these days I sometimes wonder if the free press is actually still 'free'

        Spot on Mace

    • Ploppa The only person that's ever tried to convince us Moses is on 1.2 is you .  I've said 1.3+ since his last contract , and that's before he gave up his ejector seat clause .  1.5 is very realistic .

      • If it cost a couple hundred grand extra to re-sign without the player option, that shows the value of it in bringing down his price.

        • No, that's the cost of having the clauses removed. Having the clauses raises his value every time the clause comes into effect as it gives him the power to extract more from the club to remain.

          • If it's the cost of having them removed then that was the same discount we got for agreeing to them in the first place. Otherwise we wouldn't have agreed to them. Likewise, if we were giving them away for free, every player would have them. But most players would rather more cash up front than a PO.
