Current Perth Bears GM of football David Sharpe has not ruled out making a play for Zac Lomax, saying if the clause is cleared by Parramatta they would pursue him. Well issue is David you have nothing to offer us in order to waive the clauses. It is not like Sydney Roosters coming to us and saying they want Lomax and we can say we want Victor Radley in return for example. They would have nothing to give us. Now in 2028 could they as they have a roster and are a year in? Perhaps but wouldn't they just wait for another year and get him when his deal ends in 2029?
This is a nothing story, i put it up incase someone else chooses too. I wanted to get a head start and just drown it.

Oh I wouldn't worry GM about Pops too much, if he is engaging with you that means you've had something to say, and something worth responding too. Thats just as valuable on this site as anyone else's opinion.
👍
Thanks mate
So my mum is involved with it being an Eels fan but knowing acquitance, like me, linked to Lomax. She keeps saying Lomax was led astray by his management. Though i always reply he is a grown man, he was able to decide whether the risk was worth taking. There was no rush, he made the choice and has at the moment backfired.
His management group GS sportsManagement Group, will take a hit. Successfully reduced lomax/s income by hundreds and hundreds of thousands a year, Same management has managed to do the same with Papenhuazen. I wonder how they get paid, if they keep losing players so much cash.
Whatever you do BE boycott handing your hard earned Jesus I pity fans that hand over there hard earned to these jokers to have them pull the rug out from under you most years.Haven't bought a Parra jersey since 09.The blue pirtek job which I still have and there too damn expensive now regardless.I'll just take all my Blair Mills freebies 😂 and call it a day.
I think i might be one of those lifetime suckers Coryn. Just enjoy watching the Eels win so much, and i like doing it in my Eels gear.
You are starting to question his sanity bluey, but perhaps this is his way of retaining it
Why are we worried about Lomax. That's two contract in two years he's walked from. He talked sht about the dragons whilst under contract there causing considerable damage to team culture, now this
I say fark him and forget him . Seems like a selfish individual who throws his toys out whenever his toast is one shade too dark.
Im not worried about him at all.
Theres nothing going on upstairs with the bloke. His yardage game is elite but 9/10 decisions he makes on the field are the wrong one. He had more decisons to make at centre and was hopeless. His defence is ordinary. Some of the trys he let in on his wing this year were disgraceful.
Well he says now he is over rugby league, or is it he is over playing Wing? Many say he is a loss, he is but many act like our title chances are now gone completely without him.
But Ryles being so comfortable and calm with him leaving says a bit and not sure exactly it is Lomax as a person entirely, more so his cost compared to position.
