Take these 2 outs, and assume Addo-Carr stays, we have 27/30. THe additions are clear:
1 winger, 1 center, 1 fullback. Winger and Fullback can be backup quality, but center needs to be good. Can we get that center for 2027? Unlikely.Â
I think Ryda might top 30.
Oh that complicates things then......because I think getting those 3 backs is imperative unless we postpone the centre to 2028 to get an elite one and just go with Samrani or Simonsson at left centre.
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to work out that we need outside backs, immediately!Â
Howarth plus one or 2 of the B's in 2027/8 would be nice: Best, Bostock, Blaize (achilies), Burton.Â
No thanks to Blaize, he will never be 100% after that sort of injury

A decade or two ago, yeah achilles is hard to come back from. Now? Not so much. In the old days ACL's were a death sentence for athletes. Now players come back just fine.
To that i agree we do not grab Blaize, not til 2028 anyway. He will miss most, if not all of 2027.
Maybe Junior is our back up fullback/centre/winger.Â
Because I hate what I see in this list.
