" It's reported Oregon Kaufusi has not activated his player option with the Sharks for the 2025 season and is therefore a free-agent and able to sign with rival clubs. " - Fox Sports
Should we go for him?

"Clintorian. Here is one for you. Eels win the case, Lomax not only pays his own fees but the court could award costs against him and he will have to pay the Eels costs"
"And if the instruction to ounish us leaks that is the end of Vlandys. He is full of himself and bluff, I don't think he will risk it. If he does, it is because he is pissy and spiteful. That's when you fuck up and overstep. We are not pissy, we're…"
"The funny thing is the cost of us defending our legal position is worth it, and paid for by the club.
Lomax has to pay for this out of his own pocket. Either way this is an expensive game of chicken that's going to cost Lomax bigtime."
"Hope our lads absolutely mop the floor with them round 1, forward pack should be absolutely fired up and looking to do damage Mitch will take care of the rest "

Kaufusi has added an offload to his game, but out of the options he is the best player as far as Props are concerned. Afoa is the other Prop option.
I don't believe we need another "slow moving dope" prop.
We owe him nothing unless he wants to come back and do a train and trial and start on a minimum with KPI's.
Would accept an option as well?
Wouldn't be the worst idea. And sign Tuku Hau Tapuha. Plus Felix Fa'atili (young RCG) and Richie Tupuailei (young Taumalolo) from their junior ranks.
YESS!!
I think he was doing quite well for us towards the end of his time. Would defo take him.
JR would certainly at polish his game.
Actually we don't know that...... JR was not the most consistent player,
271 NRL games, 15 matches for Australia. I think he might have some insight.
2023 Oregon hell no.
2024 Oregon with a more mobile, stronger frame and a developing offload on a friendly contract hell yes
