What I got out of this article when i read it , is exactly why tigers always find themselves in these Galvin and da Silva predicaments . Basically promising the world to kids , why would you indicate to a kid that is still in sg ball that he may get a gig at some stage in first grade when he hasn't even completed the pre season .
so make him feel like he is a superstar and deserves everything and when he won't get it , he will walk out

Speaking of juniors ...we should get a good Qld Cup feeder team.
We can then get a bunch of Qld players but leave them up there to thrive in their local environment.

This kid is a talent but we have better already in our system. Both Petrus & Polley are above him in my eyes. Hes prob at a Funa-Iuta level. We are stacked in the backrow. You cant keep them all, we'll be fine without him.
