I experienced this sorta wait with Liverpool until Klopp came. There will be a moment where the players show a mentality switch that suddenly makes you think "these are gonna do it" and you'll be quite sure about it. Brisbane had this switch halfway through the season, for example.
Well yeah Klopp changed Liverpool for the better in breaking the hoodoo and doing things differently.
Tampa in NFL had 11 straight years with no playoffs and only 2 winning seasons. Bring in Bruce Arians who is hard nosed with a few talented players in key positions. Gets Tom Brady in 2020, he brings in talent and they win a SB in year one. Arians saw what he had in 2019 and said "Nope this wont do". Did not re-sign former no.1 pick Jameis Winston which was ballsy and went for Brady who was washed to some and masterstroke.
I just wish Parra would bite the bullet and get someone like Tino just to break the mold. But we have some good kids coming through, Ryles seems to be on the right track so far. Ryda Talagi is our big get, keeping him was massive for us moving forward.
