NRL issue warning to Moses

NRL ISSUE MITCHELL MOSES A WARNING!

The NRL have issued Eels halfback Mitchell Moses a “warning letter” after last nights game against the Tiger’s, mentioning his behaviour towards the referee.

DiD Gough get a letter? Has anything from Referees boss been clarified from yesterdays game?

  • Thanks for posting

has Cam Smith or Tedesco ever gotten a warning I wonder ??

I hope Parra request a meeting asap with ref bosses

I knew we would be punished after court case 🤬🤬🤬

    • Hey Carlo! You are right Tedesco is a shocker! parra ought to have requested a meeting after storm game urgently! It hasn't improved. Tbh wish Ryles would quit sympathising with refs in pressers too...esp when the players commit illegals and puts our players out for year!

      • Yep Ryles needs to speak up and cop the $10k fine

      • Yep he's showing baldys " weak as piss " moves

I want some Brian smith crankiness around this crap !!!!

        • He is pretty much laying out the welcome mat, beers and snacks!

          ...for what??

our players are out thru illegal tackles ffs! Thems the rules no need to butter it up to help the out n out cheats! It's like saying treat us like shit is ok at end of day and they do.

    • Yep Obvious Lomax spankings

    • Carls, A meeting is likely to happen, but it also probably happened after round 1. And the bollocks has come back.

V'landys would have had something to do with Gough's diabolical performance yesterday. Same with Todd Smith's round 1. Gough should be stood down, but it's more likely he will get a pay rise or promotion.

Everyone at the ground saw it. Even Tigers' fans saw it. Some laughing about it. Others, shaking their head, knowing we'd been dudded.

In the past, I haven't been a fan of the way Moses carries on with refs, but yesterday I didn't mind the way he challenged the ref. Grant does it more calmly, as did Smith do it more calmly. It also shows he cares.

Moses also seems to know the rules better than the Gough: Captains can challenge knock ons and strips. It's farcial he wasn't allowed to challenge. Gough was making it up as he went.

He probably shouldn't have put a hand on Gough though. That's given the NRL an excuse.

It would never happen, but imagine if the club injuncts the entire NRL. Well, V'landy's. He's the real culprit. Fire subpoena missiles . We'd lose, but it would send a message. Stop screwing us over. All we want is fair play. Seems the Lomax case wasn't enough.

  • I'd love to hear some clarity around the strip just before Half Time that led to a Tigers try.

It was blatantly obvious live on tv, how don't the bunker intervene on this type of rubbish, not a good look for the game.

    • That strip was so obvious. The ref and both touches had shockers.

  • I think it would be the touching of ref which he did couple times, not questioning of calls as he was just doing what a lil captains do.  I thought Dylan walker might be warned too as they cracking down on players not Captain talkitto ref.

I think NRL know dodgy calls made so give bit more leeway in relation to player reaction.  If NRL thought ref 100% right he would have been charged.

"NSW cup play after at 6pm.
Lorenzo, Alamaddine, Brown and Funa-Iuta all named. Leaves only De Belin not playing on the extended bench.
There are Ducks and Drakes happening here. Lorenzo will play and Volkman to bench."
