I dont think we need wholesale changes, but we need a few because we are starting to become extremely pedestrian in attack with the exception of Hayne and sometimes Mateo
Going into the Sharks game we need to bite the bullet and make a couple of subtle changes and set the tone for the rest of the year. The 3 game window where you can use the "match fitness, early season jitters" mentality is over. Its time to lift our game.
We are sitting at 1/3, and we have the Sharks and Canberra in the next 2 weeks. 2 games we SHOULD and CAN win, but it starts with the basics and playing to our strengths! We can easily be 3/5 (which most of us should be happy with after being 2/7 last year) in 2 weeks time.
1. Hayne
2. Inu
3. Tahu
4. Reddy
5. Grothe
6. K Keating
7. Mortimer
8. Mannah
9. Matt Keating
10. Fui Fui
11. Hindmarsh
12. Smith
13. Mateo
14. Mitchell/Humble
15. Cayless
16. Poore
17. Oake/Horo/Pele
We need to bite the bullet and give Mitchell or Humble an opportunity. We cant blood them against a Melbourne or a Dragons team. Ando should tell them whoever trains the house down this week gets an opportunity, same with the final bench spot. If Pele wants it, he should step up and give Ando no choice but to pick him
I think we are lacking confidence - we are such as confidence team - and if we smash the sharks next saturday, i have no doubt we will kick start our season.
GO THE EELS!!

Robson isn't a spark or explosive type player ala Kingston who will exploit tired markers, or a strong ball runner.
I am fairly certain Ando will play him off the bench, but what do we gain by playing him instead of Mitchell/Humble and what, If anything, do we lose by not playing him?!
I guess my point is, other than first grade experience, what does he bring to the table skill wise (from a bench position??) and is that enough to warrant a spot in our team??for me that answer is No
Maybe have 4 forwards on the bench than u could shift KK to hooker to give Mk a rest and Mateo to 5/8 that would give us the spark around the ruck and a ball player in the halves against tired defence.
