Looks like we will get shafted once again, I wonder if the NRL would step in if it was the Tigers pushing to get Lomax

  • The the clubs are against Lomax going to storms yet we get fucked over, fuck off NRL.

  • How is it that we are not being reasonable? 200k for a NSW & Australin winger that we cannot even put to our salary cap. How in the fuck is that a reasnable offer for eels. We have the upper hand legally, yet we are the ones who need to be bend the knee?

The most reasonable fucking trade would be Coates you wanking corrupt NRL. Yet we would take Howarth or Utoikamanu instead which would stilll mean eels would be the loser in the trade.

    • Agree Howarth isn't fair value but it's better then nothing. And then we can beat Zach while he's on the storm and he can quit that contract 6 months in to 🤣

      • Exactly. Howarth has potential to be fair but is not on paper right now. But it is better as we got something we didn't think we would out of it.

  • Thing I will say to this is why should the NRL get involved? Should just let the teams solve it. Now of course if RLPA ask them too then fine but yeah we all know they are doing the whole "just give him to them" approach.

V'Landys played silly buggers with clubs over the kick off rule where he asked them their thoughts, they said it was bad and he said well bad luck. Now the clubs are saying back Parra and he could be like stuff you why listen to you guys.

We also have soft cocks who will just bow down and say "ok, we tried".

NRL fans are not happy, it is not passing the pub test. I wonder how this wil go down, will the fans finally have more of a voice. As lately V'Landys has been speaking for us as opposed to what we want. He thinks we know what we want.

    • Rather than go of half cocked or soft cocked..... ,maybe we should get an erection first......

So melb made an offer, NRL have said nothing to my understanding, but we have a whole lot of bush lawyers going hammer and tongs! LOL

PS Nobody can make contracted players to come to Parramatta.

      • At the same time if a player agreed to a deal where he is not allowed to play for another NRL team nobody should force us to renig on that deal. It works both ways.

      • And there lies the problem. Can't make a contracted player come to Parra. Thats why I've been saying grab Blore and another fringe first grader, take your transfer fee and cut your losses.

        • Mate 100%!

          Its not harder than this.

          Blore and Siulagi Tuimalatu-Brown

      • In that case, nobody can make Parra release a "contracted" player to Melbourne.

Unless the plan is Howarth to the back-row not sure where he fits. Could be an option if he wants to start."

"That part we don't know but for a guy like Howarth who doesn't get regular nrl game time I'd assume he'd jump at the chance to be a starting centre. Seems like Bellamy is almost done to and lot of the Storm guys leaving. Doesn't sound like Storm in…"
