We can then do another team blog cool.
We will certainly need to use every cent of our remaining salary cap to compete in 2026.
I reckon a big name forward and 5/8 are definitely required. I also think we need a decent centre.
I agree 100%
We need a big name prop and centre
Pretty much Roy I think.
I can see Riley on the bench though, covering 13 and 9.
Also I think De Belin and Hopgood would cover 13 and prop.
Williams would cover edge and prop. Which is why I think we might still have an edge on the bench, like Kelma or Samrani, but there is no space there after Moretti and Tuivati are back.
I think we are stocked for forwards if you ask me. We do need one more, but I feel signing De Belin is the stop gap until we go for the big fish out of contract in 2027 like Haas + our young forwards get some more experience.

Apparently there is a chance that Riley is developed into a player like Brandon Smith when he was at the Storm.
Yeah and I also think we need an alternative 13 to Walker, we can't rely on Walker forever and we have seen how important having that ball player is for us. I think Riley in bursts can do it, he can come and play 15 mins at 9 and 10-15 at 13 moving the ball around. he's a tough little player and with more growth and gym work he can do it.
Come and play in 15 minute bursts, growth and gym work can do it.
Are you insane, he is the fittest player in the club and he is constantly "on the ball" we cannot afford him to be off. He is not going to get taller and he has really only one spot to play and be maximised.
How about Rylie starts and TDS comes on for 15 minute spells, hopefully at 5/8 where we need him. Joash is not going to be able to do the 5/8 job other than relieving someone.
PS i don't care if he hasn't played 5/8, he is a footballer and can adjust to such a role. He is built to do it and he will provide the defence that Dylan did once upon a time.
I still cannot believe that people are not commenting on our defence last week against St George and the obvious difference of not having Smith there rushing the kicker and shoring up the middle, not to mention providing cover.
I have no doubt if Rylie played last Sat against Dragons it would not have been 20/4 at half time.
Geez I'm glad your not a coach and stuck in the nursing home the day your given full access to your phone is the day.
You're right Poppa. We all saw what Illawarra did to us on Saturday night with Ryley not there. He has to be our starting 9. It took us 45 minutes to work out how to play without him there.
