Bulldogs have pulled out of the race for Metcalf and his asking price is around 1 million dollars. Dragons most likely spot but to get him immediately I wonder if this means they will allow Sua to join us early to free up cap space to get Metcalf immediately. Just seems logical

Not in Daz's government hands LOL
PS Do you really want a bidding war with Fox Mitchy LOL
why would it be a bidding war pops, gus manages to work on 9 similar to what anasta does on fox
Anasta is also a player agent which Gus is not. How many fingers should he have in how many pies? There's got to be a conflict of interest arise at some point in all this.
Poppa, all salaries are capped, except for the salaies of those with enough discretionary power to appoint their buddies to the boards that set their salarires.
All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others. 😉
Napoleon should never have been trusted, Captain, never!
This is starting to sound like Animal Farm.....where's Sluggy when you need him, bloody sleeping PIG. Actually 1984 we lost the premiership after 3 in a row.... really what is 40 years in history?
Well you maybe right Mongo, but can Anasta continue to be a player manager, if he becomes a CEO or Head of Football for Parra.....nice to have's are usually just that, I saw Sharon Stone as a nice to have, but I am sure I would have lost interest if she didn't follow my team LOL..... well at least until the end of the first season of 360. How many time's can old man keep it up?
My guess is if Braith picked up a 1 or even 2m job with Parra, it would only be a sugar pill after a while......his net worth with his manager business and TV and other media rights would be a harsh comparison.
Chiefy dont bother giving suggestions the opposing view are not providing ANY and are happy as it stands and intellectualise/insult our position and or suggestions.
Fairplay to you for at least trying to come up with alternatives.
It appears the voices on this blog who hold the sites views have more of a platform then we do and we should just STFU.
Its a shame as we all want the team to do better and be successful
No the shame is PG that people that want to intellectualise a problem can be seen to be able to do so by wanting the team (read club)to do better and be successful, just like you do. Accepting that is a starting point because we all have that in common, Mallee aside because he is representing some other club.
Can you not see the pain and anguish we all have over Parramatta being more succesful than they currently are.
My experience is that running around like a chook with his head cut off, is a bloodletting experience but not adding anything to the formula's of success.....that is why forums like our's address and debate the issues. Getting everyone to see what you guys see is not going to solve your problems. It may make you feel better, a bit like hitting your head against a wall, it doesn't hurt as much when you stop.
The alternative views are not either, we accept that....first thing you need to do and you will be surprised ( being the arrogant prick as I seem to be)....never go into a room thinking you are the smartest one in there, there is always someone smarter, ....just walk in and ask questions to help you rationalise what ever issues are being discussed. In many discussions I take a contrarian view so I can understand the issues from all angles, doesn't mean my view's are right, just able to understand different aspects.
Point of the exercise is walkout smarter, not the smartest!
