Marshall to Eels? Is it possible?

A few days ago, a person on this site claimed that in the upcoming days, we could be getting an experiened half. A few people suggested Marshall, and this seems more probable today, where Hayne has heaped praise onto Marshall, calling him the NZ Lockyer. With Marshall having a good relationship with Kearney (NZ coach), could Marshall be coming to the Eels?
