  For 3 key reasons.

  1. He's failed to improve our Club's junior development in this are, which has been especially poor at producing genuine first graders.
  2. He's failed to close the deal on a number of promising deals impacting our ability to improve our ladder position
  3. He has no capability or skills in attracting high-quality talent.

  When you look at these 3 key issues, we'll never improve our position without getting a lot of luck from the junior development in our area.
