Well none of the successful clubs would let their GM go. Let's be fair. The only one maybe Cameron if Cleary takes that role. Though how much was him or wha lt Gould set up and Cleary continued? When he was at Parra i remember many abusing him too.
But more so need to look at head of recruitment people for a promotion. Then they bring their own guy in for HR.
If you oust MON, you might as well sack Ryles, he has more say and sway regarding recruitment. Tell me one player who didn't sign with us and quoted "i did not sign because of MON". Richardson is a short term gain, with a long term pain.
The only thing I have heard is with James Galvin saying he dealt with Ben Rogers more as he is head of recruitment, and Ryles. He only saw MON once and he was fine with Galvin's management, Lachlan and James. But Rogers and Ryles were the ones they saw the most for the deal.
"With the upcoming upheaval of our western neighbour, need to get Cameron back to our club. Nothing is impossible now that the Clearys have started the exodus. Cherry pick and tear the heart out of the Panthers. We need as many of them as we can get"

Chief, let's take Richo out of it as he would want CEO, other than him who would you hire? Other than Richo who realistically would you get for GM?
Not trying to be smart I'm actually asking your opinion
We really need to know who's available and who's off contract from the successful clubs
If Matt Cameron was available he'd be up there. Pinessi

Yes
Out can't get the job done

Well it's been known that MON is hard to deal with by a number of agents, that's enough of a reason to dismiss him

That is total bs. I have spoken, recently, to a very high profile player agent who says the opposite to what you say.
