I wouldn't be mad about this one. Not many teams besides maybe the dragons that a desperate for a 6. Either he or mam is the way to go in 2027 as a quick fix. Burton would be okay but not sure he will be released early unless the dogs sign another quality centre.

Just remember you guys that want to recruit a O'Sullivan or the likes, when a player is not invested, you maybe better off without them, Lomax comes to mind, but in someways the one year deals don't look so stupid, if all of a sudden they like the place and change their minds...... or whatever!...... I think for any club to take someone on a one year deal needs to make sure they have a plan behind the process. e.g. JDB opens a 1 year spot for a middle forward better than him!

Positives: he can help the likes of Lorenzo and Fletcher more than Pezet would have. Instead of a plug like Lezet for a year he would be a mentor too.

Volkman won't be here next year. Lorenzo won't be ready or may never be who knows. Fletcher is the answer but is he ready - he is being tried in cup this week.
Luai only if they have earmarked Fletcher and are signing him to a long term deal , otherwise no. Parramatta have to be clear on what they want to achieve. Even if they see Fletcher as our next 7, Moses to 6.
