Eli, didn't you say there is no way Lomax was injured.....where do you stand now on this and explain why he would lie, if he wasn't iinjured? All the other players that are targets have not gone to any lengths to withdraw or make claims.

Context but LB, your mail is lets accept it probably good, but the whole episode did not make sense. The best example of that was Eli turning around and saying no way was he injured and written him off.
What did not make sense to me was....... Why would he handle it that way......withdraw from the Kangeroo Tour, none of the other suspects have done or intimated anything like.
This site seemed to have singular focus on Lomax as did sections of the media. Anasta is coming out now as a shit stirrer but for some reason this site saw it as a signal to go after Pezet, Chief has got a hard on promoting it. We have seen where he has gone with his promotions.
The reality is that we have plenty of room for Pezet if Ryles wants him, it appears he does. Lomax going or staying is not going make a scrap of difference in a cost sense.
We now have a similar thing happening with Pezet as we had with Galvin, throw in the shock and horror of now realising that Blaize Talagi is not the next messiah, neither is Galvin and IMO neither is Pezet. Ryles wanted all three of these players, he has got lucky 3 times. One no Talagi, Two no Galvin and Three Dyllan left us as a burnt out wreck.......how do you reckon Pezet looks now? replacement for Moses. Using half back longevity could be 5 years away, I reckon Moses still hasn't hit his peak yet.
But we now have "gooses" on here talking we can go to 800k for Pezet if we lose Lomax......God Help Me is this really happening.
I think with Lomax yes he hurt but also he does need to sit down with the club and figure out what his next move is. If he wants to stay or if he would prefer to head to Union. Probably a good thing he sits out the tour and works it all out

Because Lomax is on a 4 year contract with the eels he needs their blessing to leave, most of the other players who are just off contract are free to go really. Eels and Lomax need to sit down and discuss what his next move is. Tough to say
