                  • Hector just going off what I was told. Seems very coincidental that I heard that he didn't want to go and hours later pulls out.

If I am wrong happy to admit it. I was about Galvin where contact said he was all but signed and that's where he was going.

                    • As i say mate we will just have to wait and see what eventuates hey . Players come and go all the time  . In saying that if he does go and breaks his contract with us then that's something that i just can't take . Untill this all comes to a head ill give him the benefit of the doubt . Now i just heard on 2gb Payne Hass has stalled negotiations with 360 and his manager has told them don't come back with an offer unless its 3 million a season . Happy days this is turning into a real circus hey

                    • Well the one thing I will say is if he does go, don't rip up the contract. It can be used to our advantage if and when he comes back.

I would love to know what we do with a transfer fee, where does the money go? If, and we cant, we can put that money back into the cap then yeah grant him the release as that benefits us right now. But if not then hold onto the rights. If he chooses to come back he can play for us with his 3 years left or go elsewhere and we suck that team dry with a player or two in a trade.

                  • Well there you go Hector, Eels released injury report on Lomax saying the injury and he is back for pre-season. Could the club lie about it? Who knows. What I heard to it being announced I just feel is not coincidence but thing is we still have to play it out to see if we release him or not.

          • "PNG Cannibals"...LOL Iamnot.. I was thinking PNG Kuru's (Kuru is a brain disease they get from eating dead relo's brains) but PNG Cannibals works for me too

  • Good 👍

  • Well done to the Foxx, totally deserves it. The national team should also promote Indigenous players.

    • Why? Shouldn't they just pick the best players regardless of ethnicity?

      • Of course, but don't you think it sends a more positive message (particularly to young indigenous kids).

The very-white South African rugby team introduced a quota for black players. They've won two World Cups since.

Not everyone's parents can afford to send their kids to Kings at North Parramatta!

        • It's great when players make the Test squad regardless of their ethnicity. Equality of opportunity.
