Been saying this for years Fiji rugby 7s circuit 1st 15 rugby in NZ other clubs have been targeting these for years while Parra have there hands in there pockets.Opportunities to land talent are all there if we look but Parra seemingly value and only sound like there looking in there own backyard and don't value either of the mentioned pipelines even though the last time they went to that well the Fijian one we ended up with Radradra and Sivo but we don't want to do that they like AMS Tago Simonsson and alike hey good luck is all I'll say.
