      • Bailey is not on the same planet, if you think he is, go back to your comic book.

  • Thsnks for Nothing Zac

  • Devastated. Wanted him at Parra years ago and he leaves after one year. Fuck me!

    • Its stated he can only come back to parra, so its not over mate.

      • He is signing with R360 which comes with a 10 year ban so it is well and truly over.

        • That's all bs. He's not contracted, he didn't (technically) walk out on the club, he was released. 10yr ban won't hold up in court.

          • Not BS at all and Court has nothing to do with it.

            • A function of an agent is to explore options for their client, I don't know how you punish them for that

It's a bluff...extra teams dilutes talent and R360 takes the best talent, further diluting it. No way will they prevent the return of proper talent. It is cutting off yur nose to spite your face and the clubs won't have it.

Just ineffectual noise and those involved know it

              • I guess we will find out one way or another.

        • the ban won't apply with the club releasing him, unless the NRL want to start a full on investigation into the dealings of Schifcofske and find evidence that negotiations with R360 have already taken place, whilst Lomax was still contracted. Whilst common sense would tell you Schifcofske has been in direct dealings for months and the ban may well apply to him, finding evidence would be hard to say the least. The NRL can't find evidence of years of salary cap rorting by the Chooks, not sure where they would find evidence in this scenario. Same deal with Papenhuizen. They found the loophole.

"Coryn you have a point. Ryles seems to have preferred Lomax goes now as he doesn't want to be a part of the future. Yet Pezet also decided to not be part of the future?
It is a double standard."

"They can ban them indefinetely. Like registering players, the NRL isn't compelled to accredit any player agent. There is no legal requirement for the NRL to accredit a player agent.
