You can't blame any player who leaves for the money they are being offerred. Imagine someone comes to you and says I will pay you three times as much for doing similar work. Just about everyone is taking it.

Good point, even if he plays for one year and gets the reported $3mil AUD, he would have needed to play 5 years before seeing that for Parramatta.
If he plays 2 years, he is set for life with $6mil. He has no kids, is mid 20's, why not travel and earn a motza.

parramatta has known this for some time now, that Lomax was leaving that's why they never released Simonson for. Ryles is smart he would have a plan knowing Lomax was going, otherwise he wouldn't of released him. Matterson will be next to go. We will definitely sign NAS now I reckon, but definitely need another 2 outside backs.
Of course he was, he is best mates with Ryles and admits they talk at least once a week. He has the inside knowledge of most of what we are doing and what Ryles is happy to tell him.
When Matterson goes, we will have 25 spots unless we claim paying a portion of Matto's deal is a part of a top 30 spot. We still need another Hooker at least on a dev deal, i agree two more Wingers maybe one top 30 and another top 30 or dev and i think we get NAS as well.
