Sign the bloke. He is very similar to Sam Tuivita. Both played u19 origin blues together. He ran for 200m+ last week in nsw cup and still didnt get called into their side lol. Unlike the other duds from the DT article, this bloke is young and heaps of upside.

Luai was the catalyst to getting the likes of Turuva, May brothers and the likes. They overpaid for Luai but what he has influenced has been worth it. Similar to when we signed Foran in 2016, Scott and Jennings signed. Foran also signed with Watmough coming here in 2015.

Dragons has rejected his request for a release. Maybe if our R&R team is on the ball, they can request Dragons to loan him to us and he plays first grade. Both sides win for the time being. Then if our R&R team is good, maybe they can make something to happen to convince Dragons to let him go ( which I doubt they will do).
this maybe more smoke & mirrors by the Saints, in a bid to extract someone from the eels or other club interested in the big fella. hes signed with saints until end of 2027 by looks of things.
i do agree with you though that loaning him out could help the dragons long term, if they do keep him.
