Sign the bloke. He is very similar to Sam Tuivita. Both played u19 origin blues together. He ran for 200m+ last week in nsw cup and still didnt get called into their side lol. Unlike the other duds from the DT article, this bloke is young and heaps of upside.

to me our top 5 juniors that we have that haven't played nrl yet is Lorenzo (20), Petrus (19), Koina (19), Seuseu (16) and Popo (20). Popo hasn't played much this year due to injury but last years form puts him on this list for me. Could argue the same thing about Polley. Interested to know SB and PT top 5 juniors at the club right now.
The mix things i have heard about Ryda is disappointing. Koina could be the one we lean over Ryda. Hope they all get some Cup time later in the year.
I am surprised you didn't have Bamblett in your top 5, EA. But i know how high you are on Petrus, going as far as to say he could be a regular in FG next year.
Bamblett has heaps of potential but he is not very consistent and can be an individual player rather than a team player at times which is why he is not in my top 5.
Shit you would have hated Steve Ella when he came through!
What's up with Ryda is he overrated?
Mine would be Bell, Seuseu, Petrus, Lorenzo, Polley.
In saying that there are prob 15-20 outside of the 5 that are just as promising but if i had to pick 5 based off my time watching
Yep there are so many with similar potential with the players we have named. Polley and Bell were probably my next two on my list. I just want to see how they both go in u19/JF footy against the more physical and developed kids. Seuseu is so physically developed which is why I am confident he can debut at 18
Yea this is the deepest ive ever seen our jnr talent pool. They all have an elite skill set or trait that you want to see when scouting jnrs (some have multiple).
Seuseu is one of the most physically gifted kids ive ever seen at jnr level. I would be tempted to throw him in flegg. He is still a kid though who is developing into his body so i would be cautious.
Yea thats fair re Polley and Bell. Based on their Matts form over the past few years they each showed that they were special talents. Polley hopefully gets some flegg time given his injury hampered season
Great to hear, always appreciated reading these thanks EA / Sonic.
Yep I think the talent in SG Ball is more than the 2023 team that won the comp and that team had has 7 players play nrl.
I personally recon Seuseu should skip his second year of HM. Alamoti did that. I would start Seuseu in SG ball next year and straight into JF after that. Then hope by 2028 he is nrl/cup ready. I don't think he will play JF this year due to school and union commitments. Plus that would be stiff on the likes of Howlett, Sorovi, Bloomfield and Roksuka
With how well JF is going and the Ball forward I doubt Polley gets much time in JF this year which is disappointing. Him and Bell as you said were so dominant in HM but I am yet to see them up against the older and physical boys as mentioned but I am confident they will be up for it
