It is with great sadness that I've decided to leave the Eels as my number 1 team to support the bears in 2027, I feel optimistic that a brand new team can give me an out of supporting this rabble(Did I say that out loud) I've never seen a sporting organisation as bad as us! We should of had more success then we've had and even little things I'll bring back to this our centre pairing just for starters is absolutely embarrassing our front office is god damn awful and now we have an injury prone half even selections week after week just having DB as 5/8 is weak his stats on the weekend are ridiculous and have been for the last 2 years yet they keep holding there spots besides a supension, I like Ryles but even so I feel he can't make the tough calls still DB does not deserve to be in first grade right now I feel that the bears give me a chance to support a club going in a positive direction 40 odd years without a premiership yet we are rebuilding again it's beyond a joke up the bears!

Quality trolling mister bob
Aren't you the same dope who said Galvin had signed with us?
Please do us all a favour go and support the bears and we wil all chip in for your beanie if you never return with your 'insights' again.
There were a few others including super that were confident.
Well it's one way to find out how well you're liked on the site. Just a reminder, the Bears haven't won since 1922, don't care about the new location, still the Bears and it means we will no longer have the longest drought......WOOHOO!
Bob, if you need any help with fares, let me know? That's one way btw.
Alternatively you take CE with you, he has a camel you will be able to cross the Simpson Desert on.
Don't worry if you get lost, just find an Eastern Brown and get it to put you out of your misery.
What you'll borrow the retirement village courtesy bus?? No thanks.
If you can choose to stop being a supporter, then you weren't a true supporter to begin with.
Supporting a sports team is equal parts mental illness and abusive relationship. It is built into you over time. Of course you want to leave in the bad times, you know you should. But you just can't. So you keep telling yourself that good times are just around the corner. Next year is our year. Trust me. This time I'm right.
And you live in that misery until you either go full unicorn and develop Stockholm Syndrome, or you just sulk through every winter waiting for the cricket to save you.
That's what being a supporter is. Go the Eels. 😁
Good luck with the Bears. With Mal at the helm, you're gonna need it.
