Bullshit like this is turning me off of the game. a deliberate trip and a dangerous high tackle that puts a player out of the game, and this prick cops two fines which is virtually nothing. Klein and Atkins should never be allowed anywhere near a Penrith v Parramatta game

Serious question cos I'm not sure if I have it wrong or not but if a player is taken out of the game from a HIA due to foul play such as a head high (eg Simmonson being ruled out after Luai's head high) or something doesn't that team get to use there 18th man? I swear I saw that as a rule when they brought in the HIA?
